The Weekly Reading Majlis: Why History Matters?

We are announcing our first ever event for Diwan Collective. Insha'Allah on Thursday, July 30th we will be kicking off our first ever event with a discussion on Dr. Yakoob Ahmed's Why History Matters?

This is a fundamental text that addresses head on the challenges Muslims face when approaching history, our own history in particular, and how we can incorporate a methodology that takes into consideration Quranic and Prophetic ethos.
